I think that those of you who think that the disc is entirely OOP are mistaken. It seems that it has been repackaged and has a different cover. Perhaps just the gold foil cover has gone OOP. I could be mistaken, but I did see the 25th Anniversary version just the other day in a new cover.

For what its worth, the 77 minute documentary on the 25th Anniversary version is one of the best docs on any DVD Ive ever seen.
