It is great that thiw film has been remastered.
Composer Erich Korngold only made 16 films for warners.
I would like to see two things happen--
1. Of Human bondage- the only korngold film not on dvd at all.
2. Prince and the Pauper - I would love to see this remastered.
Picture is fine but the sound is really bad for a warners film of this era.
other errol flynn dvd sets have included docs on his career showing seens froom Prince with infinitely better sound than the dvd has.

Glad to see the question of audio quality on Korngold scored
WB movies raised. I was disappointed with the sound quality of the music on the "The Sea Hawk" blu ray. The lower mid range and bass lack the "punch" that typified the classic Warner sound that was present of the VHS, but bleached out on the DVD. The brass also sound thin and somewhat brittle. It is impossible to really crank the score up to full dramatic "theatrical" levels. This audio re-mastering job was done at a time when the now mostly remedied "thin" CD sound was acceptable, and I feel mirrors that.

I am a sound engineer and composer, among other things, and
few years back created a MIDI reconstruction suites of music from
"The Sea Hawk" and "Of Human Bondage" to study Korngold's orchestration before composing an oratorio. It was wonderful
to immerse myself in his creative world. A "masterclass" experience. The links for a listen are below.
