I ran across this information relating to a Japanese release in May over at the Blu ray Forum. I thought I would mention it since they will be Region A. Hopefully no subtitles and perhaps the possibility of better transfers than those from Europe.

Hopefully better transfers. While Circus World apparently hails from a new master derived from original 8-perf elements it seems that until now these two are stuck with the subpar work done by Miramax some years ago.
