    Hi,

My Panasonic Oled tv is from last year and it does not support Dolby vision (only hdr10+).
If i use it with the Panasonic ub820 (support HDR10+ and DolbyVision), will my tv get to display the dolby vision HDR since the decoding will be made in the disc player (and that would mean a dolby vision tv would decode dolby vision from signals it had to decode alone, like prime video, netflix, etc) or is a dolbyvision tv is still requirred when content is decoded by the player ?

    Thanks
    Martin

No, discs will default to HDR10 if your TV isn't capable of Dolby Vision.
