Dish box signal and picture quality? (1 Viewer)

Hey i have dish network and i am wondering if improving my satellite signal will help improve the picture quality of my channels or it just a on/off sort of deal?? Im showing about 65-68 signal strength in the dish menu.

A higher signal strength will not improve image quality

Jim is correct. A higher signal strength means you will still keep a picture during heavier rains. Just like any other digital signal, you get it or you don't. There's that fine line right before it goes out where you will start to get macro blocking.
