If you mean for the DVD: the movie hasn't been released yet so it'll be a while.

If you mean for the movie itself: I heard possibly November 2004, but I also heard direct to video so who knows. Nothing on the offical site http://dayofthedeadcontagium.com/

I checked out the trailer and such, looks pretty homemade. Not that that could be a bad thing, just here it looks like straight to video is even pushing it.
