I'm wondering if there's not a bad connection in the woofer.

Yes, I used one tweeter for testing, thus it's been used slightly more than the other and is less harsh.

Everything's working correctly now, I built the second crossover for the second speaker and it worked first time. I'm breaking everything in now and it sound pretty good. THanks guys!
