Any chance of getting a region 1 release for this film?

I don't think Columbia owns this one. They did theatrical distribution but that's all. The former video releases were on Vestron and IVE. It appears to be in rights limbo right now as it isn't any available on VHS anymore. Anyone know who owns it?
