Can anyone please confirm the differences for me?

I've tried searching for a definitive answer, to no avail...

There are no differences at all. The Canadian 2 disc version has bi-lingual packaging but the Ultimate Gift Set is identical to the US one.

Great idea. I think there is a UK site, but I can't remember the URL.

Yup, my Canadian copy has got the CD. You even get the booklet from the seperate CD release so you can put it in a jewel case.
