Hi! I'm in the market for a new tv...preferrably flat screen, 30" +. Can someone recommend a good one? I don't know whether to go LCD, plasma (or what exactly is the difference). I only watch movies...I won't be using it for television viewing. I also want to be able to mount it on a wall, I want something that is high quality but not over $1500. Help? Thanks!

In your price range you're probably looking at a 37" plasma display and probably about a 32" LCD. Plasma tends to have better offangle viewing and a more film like picture vs LCD but can sufer from reflections on the screen if the room is bright. Check out Visual Apex or one of the other forum sponsers to get an idea of what's available for the right price.
