Can I convert stuff from NTSC to PAL on my computer? (1 Viewer)

If I can what could I output it to, a digital 8 tape maybe? Is outputting digital video to a cd my only option?

How are you capturing your footage? DV?

You need to render your footage at 752x480 25fps

Your editing software and DV codec should have presets for PAL output

Your Camcorder very well may only accept NTSC, in that case CD or DVD woul be your only option

Yeah it seems as though outputting to CD for watching on a computer is the best bet.
