I just went to pre-order My Big Fat Greek Wedding and came to a screaching halt when I noticed a handling charge! Guess I need to stick to DDD.

It's only 99 cents (at least on the order I was going to place), but it also stopped me from making an order there.

I ordered some ink for my printer and got shipping charge per item and handling of $2.95 (for 3 items). They were still cheaper than most places so I made the order but I had never seen handling before.
