So, since Sony got around to releasing Grosse Pointe half a year after the announcement and subsequent cancellation, how long will we have to wait for this one?

I always thought it was ironic that this sitcom about a loving couple was ditched by CBS for being too controversial yet it held on to the even more controversial All in the Family and Maude!

Maybe that was the problem. The show wasn't produced by Norman Lear so maybe it wasn't loud and edgy enough for them nor did it disparage conservatism enough.

Wow! I remember watching it every week as a kid, but don't really remember all that much about any particular episode. Just that I really liked the show and thought Meredith Baxter was pretty hot.
