Edgar Wright asserted “Well, I don't know, what are the hours?" from This is Spinal Tap:

Jamie Lee Curtis countered with "Nobody's perfect." from one of her father's movies, Some Like It Hot:

My vote is from Casablanca: "Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship."

What's yours?

Atonement:

“I gave them their happiness.”

Just one of many, but it’s the first one that came to mind.

Not so much a great line as a great delivery, but the No Country For Old Men clip made me recall Tommy Lee Jones from the fugitive:

"I thought you didnt care."
"I dont... Don't tell anyone, okay?"

That movie comes with the greatest final line of a commentary.

At the end, Joe Wright sees the title of the movie and says "at-one-ment".

Dunno why, but that always cracked me up! :D
