Ever since Best Buy redesigned their site (how long ago was that? Can't remember), I have had nothing but trouble. While I can get into the main page, most of the time the result of a search is a page that says: You are seeing this page because your cookies are currently disabled.

I added Best Buy to my allowed list but I still can't avoid the above page. I'm not Windows/Explorer astute enough to know where else to look or what else to change. If it's my problem at all. I don't use BestBuy.Com that much, but I do once in a while. The odd thing is that once in a while, I do get in. I don't get that at all.

Any suggestions? I am using Outlook Explorer 6 and Windows 2000. All available updates and service packs have been loaded.

Just for kicks try another browser (Firefox) or change your security settings to see if that fixes the problem.
www.firefox.com
At least you will see if you get this same error with firefox and you can compare settings with ie.
