Ben Q - PB 6110 projector (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I have a good friend who was thinking of buying this projector and I was wondering if I could get some input from someone that knows about these things.
These are the specs that I was able to get from the internet

I've had a PB6100 for two years now and love it. Great PJ for the money. The 6110 is BenQ's newer model which replaced the 6100 which has been discontinued but can still be found as refurbs for about $600. Tell your friend it would be money well spent

What about the bulbs... do they last long?
and how expensive are new ones?

You can expect anywhere from 2000-3000 hours (if you watched it for 4 hours a day, it would last approximately 2-3 years) on the bulb at a replacement cost ~$400. Some bulbs go early, others last well past 4000 hours. My PB-6100 is currently on it's 2500 hours and still seems to be working great (knocks on wood, crosses fingers :frowning: ) I use it primarily for X-Box and DVD Movies about 8-12 hours a week.
