Banana Plugs and Soldering (1 Viewer)

Question, setting up a new system, looking into banana plugs and i bought two different ones, but one is a solder one and the other is a solderless one. Is there a diference here? Also, (assuming solderless is okay) whats the best solderless banana plug (Like, Radio Shack, nothing too crazy)? Thanks guys

I got these through Parts Express. Very easy to hook up and they are non-solder.
