Tony if your Dad was Ed Whalen he was not only a TV pioneer but a bona fide legend as well. Just as Wilson had his catch phrase "Hi-de-ho neighbor" your Dad and three that will stay in my head forever. I'm sure a new thread about your Dad would have us Alberta boys jumping at the chance to reminisce about your Dad and I for one would love to here some of your stories.

Just a bit of trivia: Earl Hindman had a small supporting role in 1985's Silverado, as brother-in-law to Kevin Costner and Scott Glenn.
