I've finally dove into the home theater scene, after concentrating mainly in car audio. I've got a question about subwoofer interconnecting cable. I have one subwoofer out on my receiver and am running 2 Energy subwoofers. The sub cable is split with a Y cable from one sub and routes to my 2nd sub. Does the cable from one sub, have to be equal to the longest cable from my other sub, regardless of the sub placement? Does this even matter?
Also, when running component cables with a directional arrow between my receiver and dvd, which direction should they be running?

All you need to do is get the signal to both subs – how you do it doesn’t matter.

Orient the arrows the direction of signal flow.
