Audio glitch w/ TAGS: The Fourth Season (1 Viewer)

I am starting to make my way through season four and have noticed that some episodes do not have a laugh track. "Opie the Birdman" and "A Black Day for Mayberry" don't while the others on disc one seem to have the laugh track in place.

Is this a glitch, or did those original eps air without a laugh track. I haven't noticed absent laugh tracks in Seasons 1-3.
