watching footage of all the snow that hit NYC this week, i involutarily flashed on the ending freeze frame of this with the two of them on the couch with the snow shovel...God i love that movie.
one of my favorite NYC-themed films.

anybody here any rumours about this?
doesn't WB own this?
i saw the widescreen LD years ago, but this seems to one of those films that never really gets mentioned much.

Oh I hope this film makes it to DVD soon.

It certainlty is one of my all-time favorites.
When I gave away my collection of nearly 2,000 VHS
titles years ago I only kept 10 titles. Prisoner
Of Second Avenue was one of them. It sits in
the very first oversized VHS boxes that Warner put
out in the early 80s.

A great film!
