Anyone ever tried to wall mount a JBL S36II horizontally, in a corner? (1 Viewer)

I'm considering replacing my N24II's with the S36II's, but due to their size they will have to be mounted horizontally and angled down. Has anyone done this successfully?

You mean mount them vertically? Horizontally is the way that they're supposed to be mounted.

No, I mean horizontally, in a corner and angled down. My N24II's are currently mounted in the same corner but the base is mounted a few inches from the corner. I have a clearance issue with the top of my patio door on one side. I have just enough room to mount the S36II's in the corner horizontally. I know it would be quite simple to mount them flush horizontally, but this will be a different case I think.
