Advise on Zone 2 & 3 on Denon AVR (1 Viewer)

Hello Friends,

I have the following for the respective rooms -

- Home Theatre Room: Denon AVR X4500H (11.2 channel + Zone2/3), Projector Screen, 11.2 Klipsch Speakers
- Zone 2 Room: 4K TV, Stereo Speakers (2.0)
- Zone 3 Room: Stereo Speakers (2.0)

My question is -

How do I connect the Zone 2 Room TV + stereo speakers (2.0) and Zone 3 Room stereo speakers (2.0) with the AVR (through pre-outs and HDMI Zone 2) without disrupting the audio of the Home Theatre Room? Please suggest.
