Well, 5 years of MSN is ~$500-$600... so I wouldn't call this a great deal (especially since MSN is one of the WORST ISPs around IMHO [subscriber of 4 years])

Alas, it's not like the good old days. Anyone remember when it was a $400 discount for a 3 year signup with MSN, and they had wording that allowed those of us in California to cancel immediately if we wanted to?

One phone call later, $400 richer.

Remember the big lines after the news got ahold of the story? And MS saying they didn't "think" people would take advantage of the deal. One day later the deal was pulled.
