I don't know any specifics but from what I've seen in my receiver manual and online, you generally put the surround backs in position 2.

For all you wondering about the replacement amps and confirmation, I emailed Eric and he said on Monday I should receive the email about it being shipped. Also he said (for me at least) that he coudln't get it out today so it will ship monday.

I don't know but I just got a reply from Eric saying I don't need to ship it back to them and they will ship me a new amp right away. How will I know that they actually have shipped it? Will I get a UPS tracking code or an email?

I had that same question... since they are telling some people to basicly "trash" it, is there something else that is defective in a way it is dangerous?

Do you know if everyone is getting the new "upgraded" amp? I called and he gave me the RA# number, told me to remove the old one...ship it back and they will send me a new one? They didn't tell me to throw mine away....or anything about an upgrade!

I tried what Jose G said and It didn't help my auto-off feature work. From what I know the sub seems to work perfectly fine except the auto-off. One thing I did find tho is if I put the music very loud it will kick it on sometimes but turn off right away... :frowning: Also....do you...
