I am buying a wii for my daughter(9yr) for Christmas and here is my question. She plays Mario Kart on DS a lot and likes it. So is it worth to get the new Mario Kart Wii or would that $50 be better spent on some other game?

the most hard to get item for this holiday season also? Was planning to buy one for my nine year old daughter. Would it be better to grab one now than wait for December? Also, any game recommendations?

OK, I went and bought a 50" SXRD and Oppo 981. After setting up everything I am disappointed with it all :-(. I watch a lot of international channels and divx stuff, all SD. These look pretty terrible on this setup. The HD/DVD stuff looks good but that is only a small portion of what I watch...

Just bought a 50" SXRD set. What is a good upconverting DVD player to go with it? Also are there any list of setting to go by? Any advices?....

I am talking about the glue which is used to stick credit cards etc to paper(in junk mail etc). The stuff which sticks but not real sticky. What is it called and where can I get it? The local HD & lowes people seems to be not aware of this. BK
