Wireless TV... (1 Viewer)

I'm wondering if there's an (economical) method of sharing my cable box that resides upstairs. Here's the situation:

I have a finished garage and would like to install a television down there WITHOUT runnig cable. I have a digital cable box in the living room (1 floor up) and would like to 'share' the cable with the television in the basement. Is this at all possible?
