Why does my cursor sporadically disappear and reappear during startup? (1 Viewer)

Why does this happen? Also why does it take my wallpaper from MS PLUS! so long to load?

You probably have several programs loading in the background. Ctrl + ALT + Delete to see whatcha have running in the background, if you get rid of the unneccesary stuff you'll cut your boot time by alot. Also check the startup folder on your programs Menu.
You may be using a webpage as your background. If so you should get a image editor and save it as a bmp or jpg. It should load alot faster if thats the case.
