I really like these mugs. Much better than "collector's cups" that are too big and bulky to get much decent use out of. I've got Gandalf and Arwen so I'm halfway there. Are these supposed to all be available at once or are they staggered???

They're staggered. I've got three of them - just need to get Arwen to complete my collection. I was thinking of buying 2 sets, once to use, and one to save in case I break any. I'm not interested in collecting them to put on a shelf, I just like the fact that they light up. It's a perfect solution for the HT, as I'm always reaching for a glass blindly in the dark and knocking it over. This way, I can see it at a glance.

If they didn't light up, I'd have zero interest in them.
