I have a HK 320 I use as a preamp, and it does not have a subwoofer test tone. Is there a disk I can by locally to calibrate my system?

You could use the "Avia Guide to Home Theater". This is the one I use, it's extensive and complete.

You should also check out the S&V HT Tune-up disc. It's made by the same folks that made the Avia disc.
I have the S&V disc and IMO it has everything I need to calibrate my system, both audio and video.
