I have Copycat on Blu-ray; this needs a UHD release with a fresh 4K scan. The Blu-ray uses the DVD master, as far as I know, and isn't that pretty to look at.

completely agree with that.
visually the DVD transfer seems to be originated from LaserDisc release... no matter NTSC or PAL, there're noticeable greenish hues on red objects, flesh tones kind of non-consistent. if there's a workable LDPlayer, i would have continue playing COPYCAT on LD rather than DVD.
i wonder when is W.Bros going to revisit older catalogue titles like COPYCAT, A TIME TO KILL, THE CLIENT, PELICAN BRIEF, and many others... do a cleanup, 4K upscale, not necessarily a 4K release... but rather "off 4K master" FHDBD release.
