Since The Cameraman has recently been restored, why not a DVD showcasing the new print? I'd personally like to see a new orchestral score and a Rudy Belmher commentary.

Also, any other MGM silents would be nice. WB keeps going farther back into their library (1933's Little Women and 1932's 42nd Street) and consistentaly put out top-notch discs.

I'd buy this title on DVD ASAP.

Any other Cameraman fans out there?

Yeah. I love this movie and have only seen an incomplete print. I'd love to own a fully-restored copy.

THE CAMERAMAN is wonderful and now remains one of the few Buster Keaton silent classics not be available on DVD. But Warner has so far shown ZERO interest in silent films. Hope this changes. (Read: THE WIND; THE CROWD; BEN-HUR, etc.)

I'd definitely buy THE CAMERAMAN on DVD, one of Buster Keaton's finest, as well as Keaton's SPITE MARRIAGE (1929). Bring 'em on, Warner!
