Ms. Hepburn's first name wasn't spelled correctly earlier in this thread which when she was alive, it really pissed her off as people used to do so quite often.

The second misspelling of REH might have been intentional for the sake of humor?!

The last time I watched A Bill of DIvorcement, it was misspelled in the closing credits. Being her first movie, I guess RKO hadn't gotten used to that spelling yet.

The existing elements of “State of the Union” have her name and some others misspelled. The errors were made when the movie changed distributors and was pointed out when introduced by Robert Osborne when TCM aired it.
