While I don't mind the law, even though I don't think it will curb any kiddie-porn (under 18), I do mind that they want it to be retroactive for 10 years. I don't think that would hold up in any court, because another law could be passed for any other subject.

Like what if they passed one saying that every homeowner had to have the name of the person that installed their water heater - going back 10 years, or you had to have it replaced within a month!

Never happen!

Also, there seems to be a little confusion as to what porn is exactly - and that varies from area to area. Central Oklahoma isn't going to have the same definition as Hollywood will.

As for myself, I consider the Viagra ads porn.

I think the new requirements are rediculous and affect too many people not even related to the industry, like forum webmasters. Now they canbe held responsible for what their members post from what I've read.
