Based on other Arrow releases, my guess is that this is the same release as the recent one just minus the big slipcase.

What is a “Special Edition, Standard Special Edition”?

Arrow will sometimes release certain titles first in a deluxe "Limited Edition," usually in fancy packaging with art cards and other trinkets. That's followed later by a "Special Edition" which is just the disc in a regular keepcase at a lower price point. I think this Amazon listing was just trying to differentiate between the two, and did so with some awkward wording.
