Tiger Direct has good prices, but I've heard they can be very, very slow on mailing rebates. If you can mail the rebate in direct to the factory it would be ok, but from what I've read on the TG website, it seems that most of the rebates must go thru TG.

The $100 rebate is through InFocus, and the $200 is an instant discount.

I purchased an LCD computer monitor from Global Computer which is now run by Tiger Direct. It's over three months now and Tiger Direct is blaming the manufacturer. After a long distance call to the manufacturer they are "months behind" in processing the $70 rebate.

So much for Tiger Direct rebate deals.

The good news though is that the only rebate on this is from InFocus, not Tiger Direct, and only for $100.

Well I went ahead and ordered one when I first saw this thread on Sunday night. UPS says it will be here tomorrow and I can't wait!

Now I just need to cover my windows with black paint.
