Three's Company season 5 release, but still no spin-offs.. (1 Viewer)

I would have thought that by the 5th Season announcement, we would hae at least heard something abouth the Two Spin offs getting their own release.
I have been anxiously waiting for The Ropers to be released. I'm starting to lose hope though...

Who would buy them? Three's a Crowd, which began after 3's Company ended, was awful even with the participation of John Ritter, and as his in-laws, co-stars Robert Mandan and Jessica Walter.

The Ropers might have better luck because it lasted most of 2 seasons and Jeffrey Tambor and former child star Patricia McCormack (as his wife) being in the cast.

I'd buy them, and both shows have had a LOT more votes at TVShowsOnDVD than many other shows which have been profitably released on DVD. I doubt that DLT and Anchor Bay will let us fans down.

I am really hoping for Three's A Crowd to be released as well. I was in the studio audience for a taping of one of the episodes and would love to have that.
