They're coming back! Free Enterprise sequal in the works! (1 Viewer)

If there's one movie I've REALLY wanted a sequal too, it's Free Enterprise. I can go without another Terminator, but the characters in Free Enterprise were just so enduring. At last, my pleas, our pleas are being answered!

Here it is. There's also talks of a TV series, which would just be fabulous! I just have a great love of these characters. They have a certain charm to them that hasn't been found in any mainstream stuff. And of course, Bill's coming back also!

And I agree with what he has to say about Nememis...

I loved Free Enterprise so this is great news!

I think there are some great people in the film including Jurgen Prochnow ... who's terrific. He even wears the same hat he wore in [Das Boot] as a nod to his last role playing a boat captain. In this film, he plays Captain Victor Kirk, a sort of unsavory charter boat character.

Two words: Oh my.

Sorry, it's the nitpicker in me, but when I see it spelled with an "A" I just want to crap in a violin.

BTW Free Enterprise is a fun little movie, if a tad too much geek wish fulfillment. I'd enjoy a sequel, provided it was not just rehash.

Free Enterprise made me feel guilty that I haven't seen Logan's Run (I've seen bits a pieces of it).
I loved FE, I'l looking forward to this.

I just watched the goofy yet lovable "Logan's Run" a few weeks ago, right after the 5th or 6th viewing of "Free Enterprise." It actually makes a pretty good double feature.
