    I’m looking forward to this.

But that’s a little too select a list of cities (I live in a Chicago suburb).

Agreed, but December isn't too far away. I'll be content with a Blu-ray release.

I want an Ontario Place Cinesphere (Laser projector, 80 foot screen) release here in Toronto!

So, took about 4 years and 9 months for this to come to fruition. Long wait...

    Yea
...not even a New York location (where the real Cotton Club was)! Now, that's a slap in the face. I'm thinking that at least a cinema in a suburb where the arts are appreciated, say the new Bedford Playhouse in Bedford, NY (my old stomping ground), would be ideal. Perhaps Robert Harris, who has ties with that cinema, could chime in.

The Ziegfeld Theater might have gotten it had they not closed down. Aren't there any repertory theaters left in New York City?

Actually, it just finished playing at the Quad on 13th St. in the Village. It was there for about three weeks.

Ok, good to hear. Not mentioned in the cities list above.
