SVS Ultra and Fidek amp in DC area (1 Viewer)

I think I might need to sell my Ultra with the Fidek amp. This is just too much bass in my house. I want $1300 for the package deal. The Ultra is about 2 weeks old and the Fidek is about 9 months old. If the Ultra won't sell I will just return it to SVS, but I will part out with the amp for $225 delivered. I prefer local sale due to shipping.

What are the dimensions of your room? Unfortunately, I'm not ready to purchase yet, but I'm very interested in determining if an Ultra would be too much for me as well.

Please provide some input as to why the Ultra was too much for your room. What is your room size? was it too loud? too deep? etc. I am looking at an ultra also and would like some input before I make my decision.
