Suggestions for 60"- 65" LED TV (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to replace my 7 year old panasonic 50" plasma. It still works fine but I want a bigger screen. My price range is upto $1300. I've seen alot in the price range but is one better than the other. The Vizio M601d-A3R looks really nice. As does the a Sony KDL-60R550A. There are many more but these are the standouts for me. Any others I should look at?

sorry, looks like the ST is not available in the 60" size...only 50 55 and 65.

I was suggesting LG's 60". They are all under $1500 at the moment cause March is right around the corner. Is 60 what you "want for some reason"(cabinet??) Or just a size picked out of the air?
