stuck at level 20 in devil may cry (1 Viewer)

i have played level 20 about 15 times now and i can't seem to beat the boss, "nightmare"!!! anyone know anyspots in the game where i can get hella orbs quickly??? i want to buy some of power ups for the ifrit but i BARELY have any orbs.

Actually probably the fastest way to get orbs is to finish the levels as fast as possible, and get high rankings, but unless you want to start all over (only took 3 hours to beat it the second time through), the best strategy for Nightmare is to use Ifirit, and just do devil charge after devil charge. Hopefully you've got 2 or 3 devil stars saved up. Holy Water, too...one of those to start off the fight gives you a good advantage, as it takes off about 1/3 of his life. He hits extremely hard, as I'm sure you've noticed, just watch his actions closely and move away when he's about to complete his swing.
