Streaming box vs. integrated (1 Viewer)

My Roku box seems to have bitten the dust... no status light, no signal. So the question is whether to get a new Roku or use the opportunity to upgrade some other component and get one with streaming. Netflix movies is the main target. I know Blue-ray players often have streaming, and I'm wondering if receiver/amplifiers do. I'm overdue for upgrade in both areas. I'm not looking for top drawer stuff, but not the bottom either. Any thoughts? Ed

I've never heard of any receivers having Netflix built in. If you need to buy a Blu-ray player anyway, I would go that route. I know nothing about the Roku boxes.
