STF-2 troubleshooting, no LED (1 Viewer)

I just received my STF-2 and was so excited to hook it up, I used the high level inputs. I haven't received my HK 225 yet, so I used the speaker wires from my Kenwood shelf system. When I turned it on, no LED or noise. I looked in the manual and it said the power cord is hooked up incorrectly or the fuse is blown. I checked the fuse and it is fine, and I tried multiple outlets. What did I do wrong?

Nothing. It's defective. I had the same problem with the first one I picked up from CompUSA. I was able to exchange it the next day for one that works.

thanks, that really stinks. Hopefully I will receive the new sub by the time my ventriloquist and HK 225 arrive.
