That mock-up has been circulating for a week or two now...but so far as I know, it's a fake.

its from the Amazon site, do you know of other fake DVD mock-ups Amazon has used before to list a film? I would think Amazon would have to be more carful then most websites.

R2 project in their provisional Star Trek list for 2003 for the UK list Nemesis as rental only in July (which seems sensible 6 months after the cinema release) with the retail version in October.
Delay is because Paramount inflict rental only windows on us in the UK.
