Stain to Match Paradigms (1 Viewer)

Just throwing this out there hoping someone has an answer. Has anyone found a stain that matches the "Rosenut" color of Paradigm speakers? I went to Home Depot tonight and grabbed three colors that looked close, but after trying them out on some veneer nothing had the same red my speakers do. I guess my only choice would be to try and find some paint/woodworking stores that might have some different options or go with a contasting color. Arg.

I think you have a few options:

1) If you have a Lowe's near you, check them out. They might have something other than Minwax on the shelves.

2) You might have to "blend" a few stain colors to get something to match. I do floor work and was able to recreate Bruce's "Gunstock" stain by adding some Chestnut to Golden Pecan.

I really think that #2 will be your best bet - but, it does take some patience.
