Looking for some help. Putting my first, and I mean first system together and I need a little help with speaker wires. Just ordered Onix Rocket ELT speaker set. I am looking to run the wires up thru the ceiling and down the far walls. Is there a big difference in 12-14-16 gauge wires. I do know to get oxygen free wire but not sure on the gauge. System is used mostly for movies and light music.
Kenwood reciever currently used, after my wife gets over the speaker sticker price, I will be upgrading to a new Denon reciever. Any suggestions. Thanks to all.

Parts express, 14 or 16ga white jacket in-wall stuff.

I've used it all over the house with great results, cheap, too.

For a 50' run, you need no less than 14ga. I recommended the PE in-wall for a friend who just built his house, and it seems to be perfect.
