Something like the Outlaw 950 (1 Viewer)

I want to buy A/V preamplifier some thing like the Outlaw 950 just without the tuner.
Do any one have some idea (I'm looking for second hand)?

What does it need DD/DTS...sometimes you can find a Lexicon Dc1 with DD for a good price.
A B&K 20 can be found for a decent price used also.
