So What Are Receiver's Digital Outputs Used For?

    Digital Outputs can be used for a few diffrent things. For
    starters you can pass a digital out signal to a Mini Disk
    Recorder, DAT Recorder or Home CD Burner. Or as you stated
    you could send a signal out to another processor.

    I use one of the outs on mine for my minidisc recorder.
