I have some Quad 4 x 14 ga speaker wire -- containing Red, Green, Black, White wires -- supposedly better than just 2 wire cable because it attenuates magnetic field radiation.
Anyway, to get back to 2 speaker wire connections, you twist 2 ea of the wires together.
I know it doesn't make any difference which wires I twist together, but I was thinking that there were probably "standards, regarding color coding" -- telling one which wires should be twisted together. Is it:
A) Twist the Red and White and the Black and Green together
B) Twist the Red and Green and the Black and White together
Which is the "standard" for connecting these wires together.
Thanks.
